Delightful Elizabethan comedy first produced in 1599. the play follows two intertwining stories. Sir Lacy is in love with Rose Oatley. The two are thwarted in love by Lacy's father, the Earl of Lincoln. The second story centers around Simon Eyre, shoemaker to the nobility and his surprising rise in society. Put on by the BYUI Drama Theatre during the 2014 Spring Semester.
