Tuesday, July 15, around 5 pm, a thunderstorm came through Rexburg , Idaho dumping nearly 2 inches of rain and hail n less then an hour. All that rain racing down roads and sidewalks caused flash flooding right though BYU-Idaho campus tearing up some landscaping as well as making a mess in a few buildings.
