"Being a leader with a small “L” simply means using your talents and abilities to serve others in the most effective ways possible. In the professional world, a lot of leaders claim they made it to the top through their own abilities. The leaders that I see here at BYU-Idaho are different. Instead of shining a light on themselves, I see them shining a light on their students and giving those students the confidence and opportunities to succeed.
"The photos that I’ve selected are teachers or students in leadership positions I had the chance to be around throughout my time at BYU-Idaho. All of these people went above and beyond to help those around them in the most effective way possible."
