Tuesday, July 15, around 5 pm, a thunderstorm came through Rexburg , Idaho and dumped 1.15 inches (according to the National Weather Service) of rain and hail in less then an hour, All that rain racing down roads and sidewalks caused flash flooding right though BYU-Idaho campus tearing up some landscaping as well as making a mess in a few buildings.
